This is a beautiful and spacious studio, with wood floors, mirrors & garden
Arrive 10 min. early first time and remove shoes in entry.
Mats, blocks and blankets available onsite or bring your own mat, and wear clothes that allow you to stretch and move. Please NO Perfume.
Come and try gentle and flowing yoga.
Series starts May 7 and 10 through June 14. Please use all your classes within that time frame.

Your classes are such a gift to me. I''m really enjoying your instruction--gentle, yet challenging. Breathing the oil at the
beginning is a lovely way to start off. I feel so good afterwards.fe..I just want to come home and curl up on the couch like a kitty-cat after a good stretch. The time and days work perfectly for me because I go to work in the afternoons (hospital RN). Hopefully, I carry that good, calm feeling with me to my patients.
